I work with women to find deep rooted connection within their body again, reprogramming patterns & beliefs in your nervous system, clearing stagnant energies & guiding practices that reawaken your senses, vitality, pleasure & life force energy. 

My services are trauma-informed and rooted in experiential healing. I have facilitated spaces for over 7 years, and have an extensive somatic tool kit for my work. I weave together Tao Tantric Arts, Nervous System resourcing & repatterning, Bio-development Dance, Breathwork, Yoga, Sound Therapy.
