Hi, I'm Liz from Enchanted Hands reflexology and reiki healing in Ipswich Suffolk.

I am an MAR reflexologist and offer reflexology, crystal reflexology, plus reiki and quantum healing.

Reflexology is practised on the feet and uses different points to open up the meridians in the body allowing it to start the process of healing itself. Crystal reflexology is similar but also uses crystals on the feet to enhance the treatment further. Reiki and quantum healing are both amazing and I combine these to create my own very light and beautiful therapy, which both lifts of trauma and helps restore health and well- being by shifting any energy that need releasing and allowing the body to heal itself once these blockages are moved.
