Complete Balance

Hi and welcome! I’m Helen and my therapy business is Complete Balance.

The tailored health consultations I offer use my training, experience and intuitive ability to tune into your health and life issues getting right to the root cause of what’s going on and helping you towards lasting health and balance.

We are all different even when treating the same set of symptoms, the catalyst that triggered these are unique to the individual. My training in Health Kinesiology, The Bowen Technique and Reiki & Seichem offer many different procedures and protocols to help. I am lucky to have an extensive holistic toolkit at my disposal to help my clients.

I offer Treatments as stand-alone sessions or in the form of the two programmes I have created called Restore in Four and Calm and Clear, click on the links to read more.

I hope you will enjoy browsing my website and that it inspires you on your health journey, if you would like to explore how I can support you please get in touch.

If you would like to find out more book a free 15-minute call with me to discuss what you are experiencing.
